MK-Intertec of Thailand contracted MIESCOR for the conceptual design and detailed engineering of six (6) building administrative complex of Star Petroleum in Bangkok, Thailand. Miescor performed architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design of the buildings.

Meralco tasked MIESCOR to provide conceptual design and detailed engineering of Meralco Administration building office in Balintawak, Quezon City. This Administration building is two-storey high with multi-purpose and physical fitness facility on the roof deck.
