Power Generation
In its early days, MIESCOR handled the engineering, construction management, testing and maintenance of Meralco's 150+200 MW Gardner thermal power plants, 200+300 MW Snyder thermal power plants, 300+350 MW Malaya thermal power plants, and the 100 MW Tegen power plant. In 1980, MIESCOR was contracted by Westinghouse International Projects Company for the electro-mechanical works of the construction works for solid and liquid-fuel combined-cycle gas turbine plants. Currently, MIESCOR is providing operations and maintenance and technical services to combined cycle gas turbine plants and rebuilding its capability to undertake power plant erection.

Philippine Photovoltaic Relief Project
This is a CSR project of the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC), represented by NARI, benefiting around 1,000 members of the rural community of Baliwet from solar stations donated by SGCC. The project scope includes the construction of 30KWp for Old Baliwet (Village 1) & 46KWp for New Baliwet (Village 2), and Santa Fe, Zambales Solar Plants. It is a collaborative project between SGCC, National Electrification Administration, and the Zambales Electric Cooperative, Inc. II. The original project duration was 75 days, but MIESCOR completed it in 45 days.

Digos Solar Power Plant
A 28.6MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant seated in a 30-hectare land farm located in Barangay San Roque, Digos City, Davao del Sur.

The scope of the work includes, but is not limited to, supply, erection, erection, installation & commissioning, civil works, five year warranty and five years Latent Defect Liability after warranty period for the total solution, including supplied materials, services and support, among others.

The work scope also includes securing all required and necessary statutory approvals, clearances and work permits from local authorities, the labor department and other government agencies for execution of civil, electrical and mechanical works and construction.

Bataan Nuclear Power Plant No. 1
MIESCOR was tasked to provide engineering services for small bore and cable trays routing and relocation, including design of supports.

215 MW Bauang Diesel Power Plant
MIESCOR provided detailed engineering and project management services for Bauang Diesel Power Plant of the First Private Power Corporation. Considered the largest diesel power plant in the Philippines.

600 MW Masinloc Coal-Fired Power Plant
MIESCOR conducted as precondition for privatization of the plant.

850 MW Sucat Power Plants
MIESCOR provided engineering and construction servcies, construction management, testing, operation and maintenance to the 850 MW Sucat power plants and the 650MW Malaya power plants of Manila Electric Company (Meralco) at the time that Meralco was still engaged in the power generation business.

Vogtle Nuclear Power Plant
The nuclear power plant construction experience acquired by MIESCOR from the Philippine Nuclear Power Plant was followed by another nuclear power plant project, the Vogtle Nuclear Power plant of Georgia Power Company located at Georgia USA. MIESCOR sent engineers to the US to pre-plan the routing of the electrical conduits and to provide electrical field engineering support to GPC. The assignment lasted for two years.

Bauang Power Plant
MIESCOR undertook the installation of yard piping and fire fighting system of the Bauang Power Plant in La Union in 1993. A year before that, MIESCOR did the engineering and construction management of the power plant.

Subic Free Port Power Plant
MIESCOR handled the 108MW above-ground piping works, electrical, and instrumentation works including perimeter lighting of the Subic Bay Free Port Power Plant in Zambales for Fluor Daniel Engineers and Construction Inc., and Enron Power Operating Company.

San Lorenzo Power Plant
MIESCOR participated in First Gas Corporation's 500 MW San Lorenzo Power Plant Combined Cycle Power Plant in Sta. Rita, Batangas City as a subcontractor for Siemens. It completed the required electrical and mechanical works in March 2002 and was awarded further contracts worth P16 million by Siemens for the commissioning and reliability run and warranty works of the plant. The plant's inauguration in January 28, 2003 has marked the completion of the first stage of First Gas' undertaking, which in total calls for 1,500 MW of generating capacity utilizing the country's first commercial natural gas find in Malampaya, Palawan. The 500 MW plant has the most advanced and efficient combined cycle gas turbine technology by Siemens. It is also environment-friendly and was built by Filipino partners.

Sta. Rita Power Plant
MIESCOR participated extensively in the construction of the 1000 MW Sta. Rita combined cycled power plant as subcontractor to SEMPEC for the electromechanical works and site development to Samsung for the installation of the heat recovery steam generator, and Siemens for the supply of manpower and equipment for the noise protection enclosure system and gas turbine piping modification. The plant in Sta. Rita, Batangas is part of First Gas' total commitment to build 1,500 MW of generating capacity to fulfill the Malampaya gas-to-power project. It became operational in 2000, and since then MIESCOR has been tapped by Siemens for maintenance works during the warranty period.

Masinloc Coal Fired Power Plant
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries entrusted to MIESCOR the installation of the 2x300 MW turbine condenser heat exchanger, precipitator, piping system and BOP tanks including structural steel works in the Masinloc Coal Fired Power Plant in Zambales.

Philippine Geothermal Inc.
In 1999 Philippine Geothermal Inc. contracted MIESCOR for the civil and mechanical works for the maintenance of the steam-gathering system of the National Power Corporation's geothermal plant in Tiwi, Albay and the Makban plant in Bay, Laguna. The system covers 7,700 hectares in Tiwi and 700 hectares in Makban. MIESCOR has also consistently posted outstanding safety record - man-hours without a loss time accident (LTA) - and brought a high rate of employment to the community, at one hiring at least 1000 local workers.
