Vendor Development Policy

Vendors who wish to partner with MIESCOR shall have the capability to supply quality products and/or services. They shall also have the technical, commercial, and financial ability, adequate equipment and facilities, competent manpower resources, complete regulatory and documentary requirements, and good service performance/track record.

Application for Vendor Accreditation

All prospective vendors are required to comply with the requirements of the Vendor Accreditation Program. Applicants are required to accomplish and submit the Application for Vendor Accreditation Form together with all the mandatory supporting documents indicated in the checklist as seen below.

Applicants shall be assessed and pre-qualified by the Supply Chain Management team and will be given instructions on how to proceed with MIESCOR's accreditation procedure. In most cases, a site visit shall be conducted by a composite team to inspect and assess the supplier’s facilities. The supplier will then be advised of the result of their application.
