MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
MIESCOR Group Management’s overall vision is long-term business sustainability through continuous profitability and growth in shareholder value. To achieve this vision, it adopts the strategy of an integrated management system that incorporates all key aspects of the corporate organization: its structure, culture, systems, processes, work environment, facilities, and resources.

RISK-BASED MANAGEMENT
The approach to deploying the integrated management system is aimed at minimizing the adverse financial effects of pure risk exposure of operational activities. Its primary target is managing safety/loss control, both to prevent undesired events from occurring and to minimize the loss if they occur. This can be done by controlling potential sources of hazards such as organizational inputs, processes, and outputs that may impact service quality, accidental and intentional losses, as well as environmental liability.

SAFETY, HEALTH, AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY
Commitment to reducing occupational safety and health risks and environmental impact, and continually improving our performance, is an integral and fundamental part of our business strategy and operations. Our business processes are designed to ensure that safety and health of all employees and contractors and the protection of the environment are treated with equal importance in attaining the Company’s business objectives of profitability, sustainability and business excellence.
Injury and Ill-Health Prevention: We commit to the prevention of work-related injuries and illnesses, and to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace to support our workforce’s work-life balance.
Pollution Control and Prevention: We help protect the environment by integrating the environmental aspects and impacts into our decisions and operations, by reducing, re-using, recycling waste by conserving our energy and resources, and by purchasing and using available, economical, and sustainable products.
Compliance with Legal and Other Requirements: We identify all applicable safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations and continue to comply with or exceed these requirements. We proactively address safety, health, and environmental concerns of relevant legislative and regulatory organizations and other stakeholders.
Continual Improvement: We strive to continually improve our safety, health, and environment performance by setting realistic goals and implementing best management practices or suitable alternative improvement actions.
Management demonstrates its leadership and commitment by driving the culture of employee empowerment and engagement leading to an indent-free and environment-friendly way of life.
