MIESCOR undertakes engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, operations and maintenance of various electric power transmission and distribution facilities ranging from overhead transmission lines, overhead and underground distribution lines, and substation and switchyards, from low voltage to extra-high voltage (500kV EHV).

MIESCOR has completed over 330 km of 500 kV, 665 km of 230 kV, 734 km of 138 kV, 112 km of 115 kV, 315 km of 69 kV transmission and distribution lines - from design/engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning, including operations and maintenance.

Some of its recent projects include the EPC contract for National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), 500kV Transmission Line for GN Power Dinginin, 230kV Switchyard for Therma South Inc. Power Plant at Toril, Davao, EPC contract for 115kV switchyard and approximately 10km of 115kV transmission line for Alternergy Wind One Corporation (AWOC), the 138 kV Kirahon Substation of Cagayan Electric Power and Light Co. (CEPALCO), and the transmission line for CEPALCO's affiliate, Minergy Power Corporation.
